Never. Every child who registers is placed on a team and plays every game. Our rec leagues are built so everyone belongs, no matter their experience level.
Just comfortable athletic clothes and gym shoes with non-marking soles. We provide the jersey and the basketballs — your player keeps the jersey at the end of the season.
Practice is held right before the game, one day per week, so families make just one trip. Each session includes a short practice followed by a game.
No. Your registration covers everything — the jersey, all practices and games, and end-of-season awards. There is no fundraising and no extra fees.
Yes! We rely on volunteer coaches and would love your help. All coaches are background-checked and screened, and we provide everything you need to run a fun, positive season.
Games are played at indoor gyms in the Omaha metro — Westbrook Elementary School and the Westside Community Center in West Omaha. The location for each league is listed with the program above.
